Hy DaMaddin here , i started playing this list a month ago , took it to 4250MMR and now im on the way to GM with it and now i am one of the most loyal servents of our true and only Emperor Emhyr var Emreis the White Flame Dancing on the Barrows of his Enemies.
This deck is a bit tricky to learn and need a few games to get the hang on to,but its really rewarding to play and strong nowadays.

winrate from Patchstart:
the most important card in the deck is Emissary , so treath him like this :-) .
I often see people overusing Emissary ,when they could easily safe one or two for the next round. Try to see them as a really important ressource in your gamplan and you should be fine.
UPDATE 15.11.17: after more and more Spies become popular i changed the list a bit to adapt .
Peter Saar Gwynleve against Skellige and NR if you have a Mulligan left.
Often People invest to much of the Enabler cards: Imperia Brigade and Imperia Enforcer in round one .So the basic gameplan is use Imperia Enforcer early and Imperia Brigade late because it get the buff anyway.
