    Precisely, yes. Do you get a medal in the Olympics for losing? Do you get a job after going through a bad job interview? Do you pass in school after failing an exam, even though you tried hard? 

    What kind of mentality is that?

    Of course you will not get medals for losing. But it's not a medal at all, you know.  It's just consolation prize, if you lost, and a little sign of respect if you won. That's all)) And I find this system just ok, it's not wrong at all. Devs just should set a limit of max ore and scraps, which you can get per day. Something about 50 ore and 100 scraps maybe. It will be not imbalanced and even abusing that system won't be very profitable, and so, not really unfair =)

    First i think so too

    Probably the game already found your opponent but its not saying that yet so you can't stop searching because the searching is already done.

    But for a test, I push stop searchin button at the moment I started to search, and it didn't work already. I tried it a few times, always the same situation. Well, i don't think that i can find opponent less then a second, so there is some peoblem))
    I'm PC player, if it's important.

    I saw a strange situation, last game against Henselst. Opponent had Margarita on his board and then played Shani and ressurect ONE unit (seige tower). Obviously there should be spawned 2 tokens by Margarita, but instead opponent got 3 tokens. I am not sure why it's happend. In other games Margarita worked correctly. Other units on the board: 3xMedic, 2xReinforced Balista.

    I'll try to see forward and maybe can catch it. If someone had the same bug, please reply)

    uparrow is right. Players should't have option, which allows him to affect the game process during the match. Do you ever see such thing in any online game, where it's not really need? I can think off only team games, but it's necessary, because sometimes you need to wait for teammate. And still players abuse pause. But in Gwent there is just you and your opponent, so net be...well, more prepared ))

    i would change both of them. give them a decent basestr and trigger their effect each turn, by eatin only 1 card at once. this way you can gamble with the ghuls and griffons, let grave hag eat small stuff, to get better ghuls and get in new corpse by griffon.

    Well it's a very nice idea i suppose, that can make not only grave hug playable, but even decks, which based on a breed. But there's only thing, that can stop devs: Arachas Behemoth, because he will spawn token almost every turn, when Grave Gug on a board. It'll be ubalances i think. Maybe they should re-work the strength consuming strategy. But still, I think that's a nice thought.))

    Hello everyone! We've got new patch a few days ago, and it's ok. In the patchnotes list was the following item: "Medic" category is now known as "Permadeath". "Permadeath" units cannot be ressurected. And that's ok too. Now, you obviously can't do the ressurection chain, as i understood it. But later i face the opponnent who played Restoration->Zigrdrifa->Pristest of Freia->Unit. I tested it later, and you really can do such thing, so it wasn't the single bug.

    Pristest card description contains the sentence: "Can't ressurect Permadeath units", while Zigrdrifa and Restoration don't. So I think, there is some mistake in Permadeath units description in pacthnote, or it's the game bug.

    Is anyone know anything, or maybe see that too?

    posted a message on "Tactics" ability - skipping a turn

    Interesting mechanic, but a bit imbalanced. Probably this thing should work in both sides, so you should play two card in turn too. It can grant not only card advantage if you pass turn, but let you make some combos. Still it could turn up a problem, because opponent make combos too.

    Maybe better way forbid to pass the next turn? For example, you understand that opponent will pass, because he can't win this turn, but made him waste a card.

    I want to see Rats in game too, but i suppose there is a one problem in variant of rats, when they are troops. It can't be, because it break Gwent's logic, because every card with person have character or heroic type. Now there is another problem, we have only 6 slots for characters in deck, so if they will be characters and have only the unite muster, they hardly will be playable.

    I think the only way make them playable, give them abillitites as other cards have, but not such efficient. For example the new Ocvist card send strongest Unit(s) on row to Graveyard if opponent's total is >= 15. Why not to give Reef card similar ability, but if opponet's total is >=25(30), or something like that? And so with all other Rats. But whenever Rat character played other became stronger, whereever they are. Ciri/G'valka sholud be a heroic card, i suppose.

    It could be a nice synergy mechanic. :D

    If CDPRed add card with episodic characters like Schirrú, maybe a good ones will be with Tea and Vea.

    2 carts, something like that:

    Tea/Vea

    type : character

    faction : neutral

    lane : melee

    power : 4

    two variants of special abilities :

    1. If both characters on the field destroy one of opponents played cards by your choise (except heroics)

    or maybe

    2.  If both characters played destroy one of opponents heroics cards (randomly choisen)

    Not sure what is less imbalances.
