I don't really have too much to contribute to the discussion on this. The only "innovations" I brought to the deck was to play Woodland Spirit and Roach. Woodland is insane because after you dry pass round 1, people are arrogant with big point plays in round 2, and think they can bleed you for awhile. You just jam 16+2t points and the game ends on the spot. 

The Ghoul is cool, it's a lot of points in a short round, and it's pretty reliable. Slightly better than Slyzard for this deck, as you really just need short round cards. a 15 point Ghoul is often better in a short round than Slyzard into Cyclops, it's also way harder to brick.

Triple Cyclops makes your Henselt matchup way easier than it would be otherwise, and that deck is always scary when you play so many things that get eviscerated by Ballista

Card Replacements

Caretaker / Muzzle over Ge'els if you want. I very highly value Ge'Els and can't imagine playing a monsters deck without him. You're probably losing to Nekkers more often than not no matter whether you tech the Muzzle or not, and that's the biggest reason to consider Muzzle, in my opinion. But I can respect the choice.

Silvers are all staple.

Barbegazi / Ghoul slots can be toyed around with.
